Low fps no matter how low I turn graphics settings

So I have recently upgraded to a Radeon RX Vega 64 8 GB and I have a constant fps of around 20. I've changed DirectX to 11 and Ray tracing and Vsync are turned off. No matter what graphics settings I use nothing changes, even turned resolution lower. Does anyone know what could be the cause?

Are you sure Ray Tracing is Off and NOT on Low setting?

This game was running perfectly smooth for me before these last two updates, now fps is totally crippled. RX580 8GB@1080p

Same here. Beforelast updates i run on perfectly FPS. NOW ? Now matter what i going on bad FPS . Low resolutions, lowest settings still same bad FPS.

CPU: 8700K
GPU: 1080TI
RAM: 32GB 3600MHz

Totally same her. Just bought it and been searching for benchmarks cuz i thought my setup wouldnt stand the game. (gtx 1060 6gb, i5 4590 and 16gb of ram) but thats not the problem as i saw multiple guys playing it on the gtx 1060 3gb or 1050 while having 50 fps. I only got 30 fps no matter which game settings i use. It completely pisses me of ngl.

I have a 1050 ti 4g and a 1060 x6g
both machines run it fine, even in vr

Same is happening to me on a 1070. Low settings, ray-tracing off, and any other combination of in-game settings. Ruins the game completely.

SOLUTION: believe it or not, by turning off the Steam Overlay, this game now runs fine. You can turn off the steam overlay by going to Steam > Settings > In-Game and uncheck the Enable Steam overlay option.

That is a workaround though, not a fix. Devs need to look into this

The game ran perfectly at a consistent 60fps for me for the several years that I've owned the game until these updates. They too have crippled my performance for some reason and though nothing in the settings have changed(I could max them out as well)it runs terrible now. They must have changed some stuff under the hood of the engine that has negatively impacted performance and seemingly for no good reason. I wish they would revert the changes as an option or have the option to have a "classic" version of the game that is untouched by their new updates because they have broken the performance of the original game.

go to %APPDATA% > LOCAL > HELLBLADE GAME > SAVED

and delete "config" and "log" folders, them run the game an set the graphics u like.
