Different Lorestone Mark

Hi guys,
I am trying to find all lorestones, when I came to the 9. Lorestone (We used 2 different illusion gates in the illusion map for the stone.) It has to be like S but the gates shows me to previous mark. I couldn't understand why is this happening. (I have to say, when my firs save I've killed the Fire boss not illusion boss. Can it be because of it ?

You ever find a solution to this? This is EXACTLY what I have happening now.. My S rune is an F rune, and I can't find any information about it whatsoever.

Rune symbols are not specific to the Lorestone, but appear in order you activated them. For this reason, if you do not find them in the same order as the walkthrough you are watching, you will have a different symbol.
