Ninja Theory is a Microsoft studio now.
A PC release isn`t even confirmed yet, but very likely, given MS`s current strategy.
If it comes to PC, at the very least you can expect it to be on the Windows store.
The whole trailer is more or less a tech demo.
Epic Games likely helped with it because it`s also a showcase for their engine on a next gen console.
Maybe this might give them prefered treatment over Steam, but tbh. I doubt even that.

Epic owns, develops and licenses the unreal engine. That's why. This isn't very uncommon.
