That's not the game, it's an outsourced movie adaptation, which is why it doesn't look as good as the game

Also unfortunately Sony owns the IP, but it would be cool to have Kung Fu Chaos and everything missing on Steam

Heavenly Sword is great and yes you can play the game on PC. I know this because I just finished it not that long ago.
