How can I get the "P" Rune in Helheim?

I cant go up the stairs, because there is no stair .. theres a hole or a gap between the ground and the stairs .. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l91mCvW-khQ Do I have to activate the stair?

Okay lol I got it. Its not the "lightend" one stair .. its a room further where the stairs are not enlightend.
