The voices in Senua's head are not her friends, they spend much of their time telling her how awful she is and trying to persuade her to give up.

If that's all you need, go out in public more, you'll easily find someone to fill that longing. Hell, pay me twenty bucks and I'll make you cry.

Which ones? There's the narrator who seems pretty nice. Then there's the furies who are more like the pesky siblings she never asked for and never wanted. She tells them to be quiet and to go away more than antyhing. And they can be nasty too. Then there's the Shadow that no one wants in their head. There's Dillion's voice who is her favorite. And there's Druth's voice who is her friend.

They're a lot like the internet in that sense.

I know someone that has mild schizoaffective disorder (it's not schizophrenia, it has a couple of similarities but it's mutually exclusive with schizophrenia). His case was very mild, and he is completely normal with a small amount of medication, but before he started taking it, he would often have voices in his head. But unlike Senua's voices, they made no sense, he said it sounded a little like Senua's father's voice in her head, but it would just say random stuff that sounded like word salad and made no sense, and often wouldn't shut up.
Its basically a part of your brain going rogue apart from your consciuosness. Not exactly 'friendly'.
