I just ran into this issue. After the full credits roll, there's just a black screen. And you can't skip the credits either. Amazing that devs still do this in 2019. Nobody cares who did what specifically, so nobody should be forced to sit through it all, and then be met by an endless black screen after it's done.

I had to ALT+F4 out of it.
