Problem with screen - goes black and I can't see a thing?

Hi,

Yesterday I was playing Hellblade, no problems. Game running just fine. And today when I click on Continue, the screen is dark. I can see a Senua, fire all over the place etc. Is this some kind of bug? I die only once, beat the fire boss and save a game.

I've just had something similar. Was playing yesterday - fine. Just played about 10 mins and was running through the second set of fire to get to the first fire boss and the screen went black, nothing. No sound etc. I thought I'd died as I took a wrong turn immediately after the fire started.

I found this. Well, it's some kind of bug. Only solution is to keep walking and pass next save point or start all over again.

Problem solved. It's just like they said, walk through the next save point. Damn bugs. xD

@Cloud Thanks for the workaround. I'm in the exact same situation—just beat Surtr (sp?) and quit the game; now when I try to continue, everything is black apart from the visual effects. I'll give your suggestion a go later today.
