Hellblade Sword Bug

So im not 100% if its a bug but when i entry that tree (after the cinematic when main protagonist is too weak to fight the lady of helheim or whatever) i cant interact with a sword in the tree. I explored 100% of the location and still i cant interact with a sword. Any suggestions?

Well, turning the game off and on actually worked for me... just go straight for the sword and push interact/focus button (im not sure which one, i pressed both)

I'm in 2021 and I have this problem too, but in my case, I already left and joined the game and it didn't work, I uninstalled and installed it didn't work, I started the game again and it didn't work, I installed a hellblade that I downloaded around the internet to test and it didn’t work, so I deleted all saves including steam cloud and it didn’t work.

I don't know what to do, I already contacted the ninja theory support and they gave me a general answer asking if I had passed the puzzle correctly, when we know that this part is just pulling the sword.

Gosh, the game here in Brazil is expensive, and it's not like it was simple to get there and buy another one to test, but I'm waiting for a second answer from the support and if they at least give me a new game key, it's good.
