The "puzzles" in this game should be removed as they are stupid, pointless, and serve no purpose other than to pad the gameplay
I love quite a lot about this game so far. But the "puzzles" (if you can call them that) are probably the worst impleneted puzzles in the entire history of gaming.

Getting into the game? Excited to find out what happens next? TOO BAD! Because, FIRST, you have to roam around the area around you while holding right trigger searching for a rock shaped like the letter "R."

And these aren't even the worst "puzzles" (again, I'm being generous calling them that)

The absolute WORST are the ones where you have ot look at a certain spot but without even the slightest idea to do that. Meaning, other than the runes.

An example of this is later in the game when you have to look (focus) on a bridge to repair it but literally nothing ever gives you the impression that you should do that. I'm constantly having to alt tab because I can't be assed to find what exact spot I'm supposed to look to proceed with gameplay.

Really, really, really poorly designed.

I honestly have no idea if I love this game or hate it. It's so strange.

Well the game's finished so I'm pretty sure they are there to stay.

You beat it yet? Maytbe you can help me out. I'm in an old house (oh yeah, spoiler alert) it's one of those 3 shard things.

I "solved" the first puzzle (the one where you find the weird shape). This is the one with the face mask thingy that takes you back and forth between night and day.

So I got INTO the house (night) and now I'm like ... okay, and?

I have a feeling I'm supposed to look at something but I have no idea what and it's going on an hour now

Lol, I found almost all the puzzles on my own, no need to look things up. People can't complain that the game is short if they just look up the solution.

I'd say you should keep trying imo. Honestly, they are not that hard.

But if you must know send me a pm or something, I'd rather not spoil it for others.

They're not "hard." It's just a matter of roaming around aimlessly until you look in the correct direction at the correct angle.

I just have no idea where to "look".

Not my kind of puzzles too, I prefere more practical ones like in Portal games or Talos Principle. Just roam and look around can becomes tedious and/or repetitive.

Whatever, I'm just gonna Google it since this guy doesn't wanna tell me lol

♥♥♥♥ I finally got it. You need to stand in an EXACT spot. At EXACTLY the right angle and the controller starts vibrating and you press a button. How on earth did Team Ninja think these puzzles were a smart idea? There's nothing to "solve." It's trial and error.

"Let me walk slowly around every single square inch of this room until I luckily stumble into the correct spot."

So ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid and ridiculous.
