Not Loading

Loads to black screen until I press ctrl+alt+delete then audio plays in background until I exit ctrl+alt+del menu then freezes on screen that was loaded during ctrl+alt+del menu until I hit ctrl+alt+del again and repeats. GPU drivers are up to date, tried moving to same drive as OS, but same issue(both drives are HDDs). Ran as administrator, verified files, and changed my desktop resolution to 1080p, still same. I am running windows 10, radeon rx 480, 16gb ram, I7 4820. Thank you.

^ Can attest to this working (for those who get stuck at the splash screen or thereabouts).

Seems there's something wrong with those video files, that causes the game to get stuck...

I deleted those files but still can't even make it to the menu. I even deleted the loading screen movie file. No luck...

I have exactly the same problem, game will not start. The game window opens, but then it just hangs on the black screen until I force quit it. Sometimes I get a glimpse of the developers logo, but that's as far as it goes..

All my drivers, directx and all redistributables are up to date.

Tried running it in all the different compatibility modes + run as admin, which made no difference.

My specs:
Radeon Software Version - 17.7.2
Radeon Software Edition - Crimson ReLive
Graphics Chipset: AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M380
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 16 GB
CPU Type - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz

Any information on what can be done would be greatly appreciated.

I am going to try find and install an older AMD driver, see if that makes a difference.

I rolled back to an older driver (about 4 months back) and now it starts perfectly fine!
Hope this helps some of you guys too.

my experience here is that it just takes forever to load to the title screen, i seems like it is frozen, but not, it's just going at 0,01fps at the startup logos, after that is fine. I also have to minimize/maximize to see the logos slowly moving. I paid for this ♥♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I played the game just fine when it got released but today I wanted to replay it and got the same problem. Luckily it just took changing from Fullscreen to Windowed Fullscreen in the graphic options to sort it out!
