How to fix the last(?) part of the bridge after The Beast?

You have to go to the bridge and look back, then you will be able to create a tunel if you look to your left. (you can see some transparent blocks floating there already)

Move to your right and go forward a little bit, it should become clear. Plus, the sounds will help you out.
