If it's somewhat of an experiment by Spike Chunsoft to gauge interest in the Danganronpa franchise on PC, an "introductory price" closer to $30 seems logical. $29.99 is fairly attractive and gets the game pretty close to an impulse buy, especially if they do an additional 10-20% off for those who pre-order.
Truthfully though, it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see this initially go up at $39.99, again with some type of pre-order discount most likely. I base this solely on the lack of price cuts for the Vita version of not only Trigger Happy Havoc, but other games in the Danganronpa franchise on PSN as well.
psvita regular price on psn is 19.99 euro(14.99 atm during the ongoing sale)
But it can go lower for the PC port, so about $20-$25 then.
