How well would this game run on my mac?
Specs:
OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.1
Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2.53GHz, Mid 2009)
Processor: 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB

I guess so because I played it on laptop with 2.5GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and some quite crappy Intel HD videocard, that I doubt can be stronger than your Nvidia. 6GB RAM though.

Can you just refund it if I wrong? o_<

I just can't find proper characteristic of my Intel HD video, maybe it have more memory, damn thing so shady.

I'm pretty sure that anything DX9 compatible will run this flawlessly. I've had it running on my laptop that has an E-450 SoC and 4GB Ram so I'm pretty sure that you won't have any problems whatsoever.
