Report a translation problem
For others wondering: Open your gpu control panel, under the "manage 3d settings" menu item select the "program settings" tab. Find Stardew Valley, if it is not in the list of programs you may need to browse to it, I did.
In the program specific settings set Vsync to always on and cap framerate to 60.
Leave the Vsync option in-game to off and allow the gpu to do it.
Hey following up, apparantly when i re-did my drivers a few months ago it gave Nvidia settings precedence over everything else so... That worked, yay. Thanks!
