So instead I tend to use "mocha" or "caramel". =P
Last time I heard "mulatto" was in 1912 (during the events of Bioshock Infinite :P)
I like "mocha" and "caramel" since both are tasty. (and anyone who says differently obviously has no taste and his opinion is ♥♥♥♥♥ by default)
Of course, I grew up in the southern U.S., so my early education wasn't exactly rife with cultural sensitivity. (And some of it probably hadn't been updated since 1912, either.)
