Junimo Kart and Qi.

You only get 10 Qi Gems from beating 50k points in endless mode on Junimo Kart. It's literally the most challenging thing in the whole game and you earn essentially nothing. Should probably boost the reward a little bit in my most humble opinion.

It's probably because you also can't really "Fail" it in single player unless you just flat out decide to give up on it, as it has no material requirements nor is time an important factor, thanks to the fact time is paused while you play the arcade games. All the other quest distinctly cost resources, time, or both.

qi beans is easy, take any fruit you get and keep putting them into seed makers. a couple of harvests doubling your output every time (eg: 20 your first day, 40 your first harvest... 80.... 160.... and so on) you should still finish comfortably before the time limit, I finished with 6 days to spare with this method. I pretty much kept doubling my beans with every harvest till my field area was full, then every harvest made sure to get enough beans using seed makers to fill my field again before shipping the remainder of fruit.
