Gift or ship them. They're not used in any bundle/crafting recipe.

Most people like them as gifts. Clint and Dwarf have all gems sans Diamonds as their favorite gifts, but most people still enjoy getting them.

If you don't give a slippery ♥♥♥♥ about friendships, then just sell 'em. They're not useful for much.

However, you will need one Aquamarine to complete a bundle. Keep that in mind.

You can donate 1 ruby to the museum. And 1 of every other gem.
