according to wiki, different people give different things to you and operate your farm slightly different either. So - wonder if its balanced, or some persons give/perform things better, than others?

It's generally not enough of a bonus to worry about. If you hate Haley, her pancakes won't make her worth marrying.

From my experience though

Seb/Abigail give bombs and coffee
Haley/Alex give breakfast foods like pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns
Shane gives pizza and peppers
Presumably based on this, Emily would give some of her favorite dishes

There's no difference, because this bonus food is quite rare.
Like, "they give coffee" - but you need 8 coffee per day. So you will anyway buy hundreds of coffee from Gustav.

But if yo ucare even about minimal bonuses - Crab Cakes from Abigale provide speed boost that stack with coffee, allowing you to cruise at full speed for a whole day.
But even this happen like once per 15-20 days, so you better organize crab farm and cook them for yourself.
