Note in the town hall
If you go to the town hall in the bottom left room there is a glowing scroll. I don't know if anyone has cracked the code yet, but I like cracking cyphers so here's what I got. The top says "crafts room" and the scroll reads "We the ?unigo are happy to aid you. In return we ask for gifts of the valley. If you are one with forest magic then you will see the true nature of this scroll." I had trouble with the third word because the first letter doesn't appear any where else and the ending is unfamilair. I just started the game though so I guess it'll come up later. Sorry just wanted to nerd out!

Just FYI, it's not a cipher, it's just a fictional language that you can read after the Wizard does the thing to you.

But yeah, you'll be seeing more Junimo.

If you talk to the wizard in the tower south of marnie's ranch he'll give you the powers to understand the language of the junimo.
Genius, I swear.

yeah I got to that part and felt kinda silly about going through all that but I'm still glad I did. It was fun and it made me feel smart,

If I were a spy, or a hacker, I would go by cipher.

It's definitely impressive! While ciphers come naturally to some people, I never even realized it was a cipher; I just thought it was random scribbles that become letters later.

If I remember right, there's also some text far later in the game, at the desert. It's in a procedurally generated area, so it's possible you'll never see it, but it explains the background of the area, apparently, if you can decipher it...
