is there a way to get stardrops with cheat engine

Why use CE when you can use mods for it?
There is one, really easy to get, and you can spawn any item that you want.

Well. You can always name yourself as the item code in a special way and each time someone say your name you will get the item.

The code is [434] but, I have never tried it and don't intend to, cheats tend to ruin a game for me. Also, I think I read somewhere that there can be a glitch if you use codes on your characters. You could use it on a chicken (for a one off drop) then sell the chicken. My guess is that this would not cause problems. But, I really don't know.

Yeah, I go everywhere with a stack of shashimi. Crab pots plus shashimi equals a bunch of stamina.
