Dinosaurs, are they worth it?
So my only coop atm is gettin a bit crowded, I currently have each type of coop creature cept the rabbits. I have multiple dinosaurs and im wondering if they are even worth caring and waiting for or if I should just invest into a different coop animal. thoughts?

They don't worth it. If you want earn more money, just one dinosaur is enough.

Money-wise, no. You can put a dinosaur egg or two in a chest somewhere you won't accidentally sell them, then sell all your dinosaurs. Void chickens and ducks are better money, and I assume rabbits are too...

I found rabbits to be meh, Sheep produce more wool and the feet dont appear often enough to be worth farming. Chickens and ducks were more worth it for me, Dinos didnt produce eggs often enough to worth while either i just hatch them coz well its a freaking dino

Coop animals are typically less money for less effort. You need shears for sheep, and then you need to chase them down to shear them. For rabbits, you just run in every week, grab the wool and leave. It's less money, but less effort.

In the mountains in dig spots with the worms or fishing chests. I got one from a fishing chest there.

The wallpaper 108 acts like a Dinosaur Egg. You can put it in an incubator and a dinosaur will hatch out.

Dinosaur produce Dinosaur Egg every 7 days. Lets think it'll be always gold quality. 525g every 7 days.
Chick produce eggs for mayo, so quality doesnt matter. And they produce eggs daily. Lets make it small eggs (more affinity = more large eggs, but whatever). 7*190 (small eggs = normal mayo) = 1330g for 7 days.
Well, you have to make Mayo Machine for that, but its cheap and use only common mats.
So chickens beat dinosaurs like a... even if you pick top dino and chick with no hearts.
BUT chicks requires more time. You have to go there every day, not once per a week + put eggs into Mayo Machine and wait a bit for mayo producing before selling.
In moneys, dinosaur is nearly worst animal. But requires no effort + hey, its dino ^^

I'm not sure, but I believe this would have been fixed. One of the wallpapers used to be able to be used for the prismatic shard, but that was patched, which makes me think the egg version would have also. I could be wrong though.

I like rabbits because they produce wool, which you can make into cloth. You're right about the feet not dropping often, but you will need one for the community center, and the cloth and wool can be used in other bundles.

True, sheep might give you more wool, but you have to get the upgraded barn (25k) and the shears (can't remember the cost of those since I never buy the sheep) to do so, so the rabbit will most likely give you wool before you can do that. Well, unless you are talking multiplayer and you are raking in the cash. I've only played the single player beta. :)

I think pigs are really big money makers, however in the winter, your pig won't be able to do anything for you, same as on rainy days, and they do seem to take FOREVER to become full sized pigs.

Of course, I love when you get the option to purchase the autoharvester from Marnie. Then you won't need your bucket or your shears to get products from your barn animals (Pigs not included of course). You still will have to pet everyone to keep them happy, of course, but it saves so much time not having to milk and shear anyone.

Wool is used in one bundle, and cloth in 1 bundle as well. And both may be replaced.
You can get Cloth by recycling Shoggy Newspaper as well, with 10% chance.
Fishing in Mines is a good way to get tons of trash, newspaper included.
