That VN has violent content ( a decent amount of gore ) as well as sex scenes. ( and some of it does have to do with the storyline.. IE its not just there to be there. )

I guess so but that is only if a restore patch is made. Some VNs on steam have yet to get that treatment despite needing it. ( G-Senjou no Maou for example. )

Not really, Saya was made by Nitro+ and published by Jast, this is a forum about a game made and published by 5pb/Mages. Yes, nitro was part of it too, but no one of nitro, nor Jast would get your message and 5pb/mages can't do anything about it.
