It's related to character development, and if we were to assume that the player has yet to read through the visual novel, one such assumption could become quite important.

It's related to the character's development; If you were to use it in a standalone response, I wouldn't have seen the issue, but the moment you do put it in the same response.. It just seems too easy to me to come up with an assumption that it could be related to the character's real name or nickname, and because Faris NyanNyan appears too fishy for a real name, it becomes rather obvious.
