Slightly Confused please assist me... *Spoiler Alert*

I've finished the game, hopped onto the flying machine with Suzuha.... then it all ends... I was perplexed didn't expect the game would end so abruptly...
I got an achievement for the 'Suzuha' ending, does that means there're multiple endings? If so, should I pursue them? I mean I don't get what I can do differently considering this VN hardly has any gameplay in it...

So what's the continuation for this game I need to play/watch the sequel! Is it Steins;Gate 0?
I have it in the library, please make some order in my mind. I don't wanna start 0 and see that it's not the continuation of this game...

There are multiple endings. It’s designed where it’s best to get the other endings, and then unlocking and playing the final, “true” route.

There are several Steam guides on what decisions to make to get them.

Yeah, I did some research related to that. But how do I go about unlocking the other endings, do I have to restart the game and just pick different d-mail options?

Also I gave a quick try to playing 0 and it didn't make any sense, for some reason Kuruso dies? It didn't occur in my playthrough...

You don't have to restart your game, just grab your last save and go from there (if you don't have any hard saves i feel bad for you and recommend you to start hard saving at every choice, as quicksaves tend to erase themselves, though you should still be able to go from the start of chapter 6 with the quicksave), as for the d-mails, they'll be the triggers for most endings, you just have to send one to the phonewave when you are told to do so, that is if you want to proceed (it's similar to when you had to call the phonewave in order for it spin backwards).

And also, there is no d-mail "option", you might be confusing them with the regular e-mails you get throughout the game
Those will not affect chapter progression, but WILL change which ending you get at the end of the game (and for that matter, make sure to use a guide).

0 isn't exactly a sequel something more like a midquel if that makes sense. So basically don't start 0 until you get the true ending in steins;gate.

I started 0 today and I have to summarize my first hand impression in two words: Immense disappointment! They got rid of most of the old voices and changed them, what's worse characters now have a different design and modules that to me just feels worse than the original game. Kurisu looked perfect in this game but she looks much, much worse in the sequel. AHHHH I'm so disappointed and angry...

Well I didn't have the motifs of finishing it all for the true ending since it requires a lot of backtracking so I ended up watching the endings on youtube and then moved to 0.

Ehh, whatever suits you, but to get 0's true ending you'll have to get other endings, so might as well just watch the anime instead.

They didn't change the voices. The voice acting is different a bit (imho, it is better in 0, with the exception of Daru), but the actors are all the same.

Also, sorry to say that, but you are dumb if you just start 0 when you didn't finish the original...

First allow me to note that your conceitedness is very appropriate for your nickname.
Second if you've read the context, (which clearly, you didn't.) you'll notice that I finished the game through Suzuha's ending and then ended up watching the other ending online because I didn't feel like backtracking through all the events, felt kind of tedious as a means of overview the whole story and endings.

Also yes, upon further inspection I noticed they didn't change Kurisu's voice acting, I'm not aware as to why I haven't noticed, but she sounds calmer in this game which slightly puzzled me.

That's then, and now is now. This thread is now irrelevant. Since I'm moved past that.

I know this is old as f*** and that by now you probably don't even remember what the game is about. But if you finished Suzuha's ending then you just read half the novel, it's not that all the other endings happen at that exact point in time, I mean, you probably finished the game at Chapter 6, right? That was your "ending", well, the novel has 11 chapters, every other optional "ending" occurs at the end of each consecutive chapter starting chapter 6, so if you just watched all the other endings on youtube or wherever, you just watched the ending of a lot of things that didn't even made sense for you, you don't even need to backtrack at all, you can get all the endings but the true one on a single file without doing anything at all, just reading the novel and chosing not to send the D-Mail to cancel the original D-Mail of each girl at the end of each chapter, where you're prompted to do so. So... yeah, you just read half the novel and moved on to the sequel, I'm not trying to be a prick, but I think you should know. Also, all the ending save for the true one are something like "bad endings", they're not relevant at all, I think that it's a shame that you don't even know what half the story is like

Just watching the endings on Youtube is a terrible choice. At least watch the original Steins Gate anime before going to 0. And for the love of god, don't watch the 0 anime, it botches a lot of things from the original.
