Hero of Rainet Chapter 1 Message does not show up

I walked at a walkthourgh and the point were I am supposed to receive the ''It's Interesting message from Mayuri the message does not show up what is the problem?

I'm having the same issue with no clue what's going wrong. I've even tried choosing other options for the other mails before it, but nothing seems to trigger it.

Finally found a walkthrough that had the info. It's the images of the charts. You need to choose UPA and KAKERU-KUN, and then open the attachment when that missing email finally comes in.

All the written guides are missing this information. They may or may not also be missing the information for some of the froggy pics. I only got them after following the flow chart, too.
