STEINS;GATE and STEINS;GATE ELITE are essentially the same with things cut in Elite so maybe replay through that later.
Also mandatory shill, S;G is part of a bigger interconnected series called Science Adventure series and you can find CHAOS;CHILD, ROBOTICS;NOTES ELITE and ROBOTICS;NOTES DaSH on Steam. The latter two even have returning characters from S;G with the last one having Daru as one of its main characters. Before those tho there's CHAOS;HEAD, which isn't on Steam but has a fantranslation. Read order would then be:
CHAOS;HEAD -> STEINS;GATE -> My Darling's Embrace -> Linear Bounded Phenogram -> ROBOTICS;NOTES ELITE -> CHAOS;CHILD -> STEINS;GATE 0 -> ROBOTICS;NOTES DaSH.
Also, STEINS;GATE and STEINS;GATE 0 (and CHAOS;CHILD and soon the ROBOTICS;NOTES series) have improvement patches that translate more things and fix the official translations and consistency (if you play without them you'll see how inconsistent STEINS;GATE and STEINS;GATE 0 are). You can find those patches by googling “Committee Of Zero.”
