Then, play Steins;Gate 0. It actually takes place in the middle of the original S;G, but is designed to be played after you finish the original.
Finally, you can play LBP and Darling if you want after, but they're not essential to the story. They take place in alternate timelines.
I also don't recommend S;G Elite because it's overpriced and you can easily just watch the anime and play the VN separately instead of mixing them into some hodgepodge software concoction, unless you really want to see a few new scenes in animation, plus it's the only way to obtain Linear Bounded Phenogram.
