what order should i watch and play steins gate series

It's pretty straightforward, actually.

Steins;Gate > Steins;Gate 0

That's the cannon main story part. If you're asking the "play or watch" question - for me it's always "play first". Especially considering pretty bad anime adaptation of Steins;Gate 0. Original S;G was adapted pretty good but it lacks a lot of cool stuff from the game and has some changes in the story.

There's also a pretty complicated way to play S;G and S;G 0 which will combine them in a huge experience. You can read more on that here But I suggest to read the instruction when you actually reach the original S;G True Ending. (not finish, but reach) It will save you from very minor, but still spoilers.

You can also watch the Steins;Gate Movie: Fuka Ryouiki no Dejà vu in between the two or after. Plus there are different fandisc spin-offs like Steins;Gate Hen'i Kuukan no Octet; Steins;Gate Hiyoku Renri no Darling and Steins;Gate Senkei Kousoku no Phenogram, but those are mostly fan-service.

but i wonder in which order like what to watch after steins gate and steins gate 0
btw i already played steins gate( i've reached every ending except mayuri and true endings)so that's why i am ask about what is the order to watch the series i saw that there is a special episode(episode 25) and 23(beta)

Well, chronologically you can watch episode 22>23b>S;G0>23>24. For the vn just use the method I mentioned earlier.

But there's nothing bad in watching S;G > ep23b > S;G 0, not chronologically, but still ok.

The only bad thing is: watching S;G 0 before reading the VN is a bad idea imo)

No I didn't. Occultic;Nine isn't finished (although the LNs are translated for those that released), Anonymous;Code is not even out. I didn't talk about the Love Chu Chus tho, that are way more important than those S;G fandisks, canon-wise. Because all of those are untranslated/unfinished.

idk man, I'm sticking with you forgot 'em. when I share sciadv timeline I include all the series that take place on the worldlines.

I'm not forgetting, it's also technically not on a worldline but another worldlayer, I'm just answering OPs question for the read order of the VISUAL NOVELS that have a translation or an incoming translation.

Also, I hope I won't see you forget the LCCs, since you just did. :)

Anonymous;Code is literally irrelevant for someone asking a reading order in the west in 2020, and not everyone wants to read LNs to then sit on those because volume 4 is taking years (like A;C btw), especially when there are chances they get retconned by Occultic;Nine 新世界.
