(spoilers) A couple of things i didnt get about the true ending
Dying Okabe is physically transported to future by Suzuha, after that she dissapears. I assume she transported him on the exact day they went back in time (22aug if i remember correctly). So, what happened to Okabe of that timeline? Are there 2 Okarins in this reality? And also, who even saved him dying on that roof if Suzuha couldnt?
If these things are explained in the following games, dont spoil please.

As I understood it, the timeline changes from whenever the change is instigated. For example, when they send a D-mail, even though the chanege occured days, months or years ago, Okabe 'shifts' from that point to another timeline. I believe it's the same for a time machine - they travelled back to the present, to the exact moment the timeline changed. Okabe continues over to the new worldline, keeping his memories, but Suzuha simultaneously never travelled through time but did. Okabe travelled back to the point where Kurisu 'dies', that travel has to occur, but Suzuha, technically, no longer appears to take him back. It's the same with D-mails; there is a recipient, but no longer a sender.
In short, Suzuha simultaneously did and did not travel back in time, but there is only one Okabe running around in the present.

Okabe disappeared too. Steins Gate Okabe gains memory through Reading Steiner. Why was he in hospital? It is can be any reason. Also read this https://www.reddit.com/r/steinsgate/comments/5jq2ss/why_i_do_not_believe_steinsgate_has_plot_holes/. Especially last paragraph

Im pretty sure both made it back to the present suzuha dissapeared then mayuri took okabe to the hospital.

At the end of the game you see the father of kurisu getting arrested for almost killing okabe.

Okabe was in the hospital for almost a month, why he didnt die? Well the timeline was set and that means he was not meant to die on that day

Couple of things here:

1. I don't think he was arrested for attempting to kill Okabe, as the fact that he was there shouldn't be public knowledge, since SERN or someone would quickly catch on to the fact that there were 2 of him. It's more likely that he was being detained and interrogated by Russia for claiming to have a time-machine (see Steins;Gate 0).

2. He was in hospital for a month because his wounds were bad, but not lethal at that point. True, in the beta attractor field he wasn't destined to die until later, the Steins Gate worldline is supposedly away from attractor field convergence, so we don't know what can happen.

Ah, forgot those lines. It still doesn't look like he was arrested for it specifically, though, since of course they wont ever be able to get enough information.

Steins;Gate Zero tells the story from the perspective of the "first" Okabe, the one that failed.
