Since there is no Pre-Load on the Epic Store Client available you won*t be able to Pre-Load it ahead of the Launch.
I think they don't have 1 yet, it's nothing against you but i really hate Fepic.
I honestly do not even have an account for those free Games over there since i do not see them surviving at all over the upcoming years or play an important role as soon as they will stop paying Developers to switch on their client.
It's in reality nothing more then just an Launcher for Fornite and the Devs Tools for the Epic Engine but as an Store it has not an single value to me.
If u bought it on that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ platform, go and ask there. Oh yeah, you cant, there is no forums or anytning like that.
Well since Epic Games do not give a single damn about any Game besides Fornite it shouldn't be a too big surprise that they do not have an actual Forum for any Games that you can currently buy on their Store.
Their "We are doing it for the Developers" is in reality an "We do not care about your Costumers at all as long you you bring us in that 12% cut from your Games, while we offer nothing really in return if you do not launch your Game exclusive on our Store Front".
Store Front is the Key Word here since the Epic Game Store is nothing else then a Store Front with absolute nothing besides it.
