ME: Enhanced Edition: RESOLUTION PROBLEM when STARTING the game!

Dear developer,

As the title suggested, whenever I start up the game, it will force the game to run at 1080p resolution, even though I had my resolution set at 3440x1440 (21:9 ultrawide monitor). When I checked the graphic section, it is stated that it's 3440x1440, but I'm sure it's not because the entire game/menu is a blurry mess and to confirm it, I have MSI afterburner RTSS OSD running and the font is "enlarged", indicating that it is running at a lower resolution. The only solution so far is to manually change the resolution down a notch (which will then take like 15 seconds or more to load), then switch it back to 3440x1440. It is rather annoying. I hope this can be fixed quickly. I dont remember having this issue with the original ME version

Same here. I have to go to settings and vhengebit to another resolution and then change it back to 3440x1440 every single time I boot up the game.

If you guys want to help, you may also submit a ticket to let them know that a lot of users are affected, not just me alone. Try to be as detail as possible. That will get them to work on the solution asap.

Same here, i cannot make the game fullscreen, it keeps jumping back to windowed mode and much smaller.

I normally play at 3840 x 2160 and I have the same problem. Game always starts in 1080p even though 3840 x 2160 is set in display options. Have to choose some other res and then switch again back to 3840 x 2160. Submitted support request.

Try using Alt+Enter to get into fullscreen

Такая же проблема только у меня 2560×1440 при загрузки игры меняется на 1920×1440, шрифт увеличен. Помогает перещелкивание настройки разрешения туда сюда и приминение занимает некоторое время. В стандартной версии такой проблемы не было с выхода игры

No can do. When i do it, it jumps back out to windowed mode after a couple of seconds.

Is anyone else here using custom DPI scaling?

I'm on 4K Resolution at DPI Scaling 200% on Windows 10.

It's a bug in the Enhanced Edition for sure. In my case it always starts @ 1920x1200 even though I have it configured for 2560x1440. The "regular" version didn't have this issue.

If I alt-tab out and back to the game the video options revert to 1920x1200. Very weird.

That looks like a different issue (although it may be related). I can't get the game to run windowed.

Interestingly, this bug doesn't exist on the EGS version of the game
