A techincal question
I've heard Metro Exodus is one of most demanding game in term of graphic, I'm just wondered if my specifications are suitable enough to run this game.
intel Core i3-9100F Box
ASUS PH GTX1650 O4GD6
8GB 2400MHz CL17

Your CPU is OK and it's better than an old i5-760 I used to run the game with on High (trimmed). Your gpu is good and will handle High or Ultra, maybe even Extreme but with only 4G of memory it won't like it.
But, your RAM will probably let you down. Game specs say 8G of RAM Minimum & Recommended but this game is pretty demanding and you have to consider Win !0 for example uses nearly 4G just to run and the game will use another 4G+ on certain maps. You can see where I'm going with this. Your PC will probably struggle with the game itself, not the graphics.
I would strongly recommend you get more RAM, 8G really isn't enough for todays PC's and games.

Thanks for the clarification. I guess I have got to upgrade the RAM, so apparently I'm not gonna buy this game soon :'(

I wouldn't for it's current price anyway. You could probably buy 16G RAM for the price of the Gold Edition. Or at least you could in my country. Wait for another Steam sale. Good luck.
