The frame-rate on this game is awful. It tells me I'm getting a constant 144 but it looks like 30?

i keep getting a 1 frame drop every like 20 seconds, can't tell if its the game or something on my end.

have never had problems with the fps in this game until now, im getting horrid drops in rainbow cliffs. something happen with windows lately?

i had my frame rate ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the bed constantly until i hard capped my frame rate to 60 fps on my monitor itself, then enabing vsync
i think this game just ♥♥♥♥♥ the bed on anything above 60 fps, you can see a lot of ui elements not working correctly on fps higher than 60, so i just think this game was never made with 60+ fps in mind, unfortunately
