Snow Worries ONE missing opal question

Hello, as the title says I seem to be missing just one opal in the snow worries level of Ty.
I've read that there seems to be a bug or glitch where three opals are hidden in the snow and two in the wall on the underwater area.

My question is, has anyone had just one missing and is there a way to find it without using a magenic power up from the baskets. (I used them all already) or am I just wasting my time?

Any information, hints or tips would be great!

If you think you may have hit a glitch with the opals exit the level and re-enter it. If an there was an issue the game will spawn it in a crate. Otherwise you just missed it somewhere. Good luck!

I found a crate under the log shoots in the level, the last opal was inside. Like you said it did glitch and did respawn in the crate!

Whereabouts was the box specifically on the map? I'm struggling to find anything. :{

Saddly I can't recall the exact location but I can remember it was in the logging area of the level where the wooden shoots and saw blades are. It was also on the ground and not up in a building or on the wooden platforms with the saw blades

For the crate with the 5 opals:
It's where the wooden logs with the saw blades intersect. You can only reach it by falling down from the wooden logs. You can see the area where the box is in the map: It is the big circle area with brown lines crossing it.

I too am missing Opals in Snow Worries - 3 to be exact.
It was 4, but one magically came to me when I returned to the level and picked up an Opal Magnet from a basket that spawns behind the metal gate in the underwater cave (where I found a Golden Cog before)
But in the words of Shadow the Hedgehog, "Where's those d@mn three Opals?"
I've searched everywhere and found everything (except the invisible picture boxes) there's no crates that I can find, so are they lying around loose somewhere?
I could do with a radar-rang to bleep when I'm close to collectibles...

Update: I got the Infrarangs and decided to use them to track down the invisible picture boxes. As I hoped, they turned up trumps - the treasure-hunt eventually led to one tiny patch of snow that I'd apparently missed. The 3 Opals where there!
