But for me, it was one of the worse games in it's genre.
The combat felt slower then the original.
The setting was bland.
The game's balance was bad (overpowered pistols anyone.)
The AI was bad, and was easy to exploit.
The bosses were bad, and were easy to exploit (the last boss was pretty decent though.)
The ending...........yeah, I wasn't too keen on it.
The level design one of the best things about the original, was just awful in DMC2.
I could go on. but you get the picture.
Klonoa is great.
Really nice to see them on a modern platforms, so younger people can experience them, and hopefully become fans themselves.
Thankfully, the modern TY remasters are better then both options, at least as far as I know.
