How do you transform?

Even in those early story battles, the opponents are going crazy transform boost all over the place. And I've tried all manner of buttons (pad) to make my girlie do it, with no joy at all.

Is it a bit later in the game or something? Highest girl is level 8 so far.

Default on the 360 is LB, Left Bumper. There is also Fanatic mode which is done by holding block (RB, Right Bumper) and pressing Y.

Yeah I'm looking at the key bindings just now. That's what the guide I found said too.

I must have to go further into the game. That just does nothing so far. Even with the little 'willy' icons filled up by doing attacks and such.

I'll try that training mode again once I've spun the lottery a couple more times I guess. Breakfast time soon here lol.

If you switch to the keyboard, try pressing Q after you have the bar filled. That's the keyboard button. I was able to do it from the start so if you can do it on keyboard it might be a controller issue

Yeah you need I think at least 1 of the ninja scroll things on the bottom. However I believe Fanatic mode doesn't require any. You can do it at the first battle really.

Ah maybe I was in Frantic when I tried previously.. Seems to be working now.

Tried it with the 'Q' key and that worked. So restarted and tried LB and that worked lol. (with a ninja scroll filled)

Yeah, you can't go into Shinobi mode while in Frantic mode (All clothes off and glowing). You have to choose one or the other and stick with it till the end of the current level.
