advice on how to do "Aerial Raves"?

I'd like to eventually go for the achievements where you do Aerial Raves, but no matter how hard I try, I can't do them let alone make them "conflict"

There is a tutorial in the game. All you have to do is use a combo finisher (which are marked by green circles in your combo list and when used) and dash afterwards while the target is in the air.

yeah, I have been dashing after them while they're in the air, hasn't been working. my character just starts doing an regular combo attack in the air.

I did some practicing with aerial raids in the training arena and I'm more used to it, but I don't know how one has an Aerial Rave Conflict for two reasons. Generally the victim of the Aerial Raid is already being stun locked, and they also haven't done the combo finisher needed to start an Aerial Raid.

How do I do an Aerial Raid Conflict? Also, how do I do 10 consequetive Aerial Raids without touching the ground?
