How do I get the Energy Regent Sword III?

Do I need to craft it? or can it be found?

I tried to upgrade my Energy Regent Sword I, but it removed the enchantment!

U cant founf it - there are no them in the world with third upgrade.
U can only craft it yourself or buy from cleric's vendors (if ure will be lucky enough and it will spawn). But crafting way - much better and safer.
Yes. every emprovement level remove all enchantment. And u can make energy enchant only if u become cleric and learn "high lvl weaponsmith" (or something like this - i dont remember skill name).
