Abessa - Abessa-conflict *spoiler warning*
I have this quest and it says: Something happened in Abessa, I should investigate.
When I go there I see that the Clerics have killed all outlaws and all alb-rebels. A real massacre. Terrible. But I can speak to all clerics this quests still remains as it is.
What do I miss or have to do that it goes away or continues?

When I go to the Dome City, 4 rebels are lined up on a wall to the right of Alois room. They are not dead and the only way for me to finish the quest is talking to them. This, however, finishes the quest in favor of the Albs, although the clerics won...

I'm pretty sure the key is NOT talking to Riley about the shield regulator.

When you receive it from Erich, Riley will await you as you go to Lutz and opens the conversation.

In spite of doing absolutely everything pro-Cleric, that is:

-delivering Cooper's fake id to Erich
-fixing regulator without sabotage
-fixing communication console without installing bug
-delivering Paige's weapon shipment to Alois
-killing Hunter and his Outlaws from outside the walls
-getting Separatists thrown out of the city
-getting Rorik as tehnician (this I'm on the fence about, some people say get Nyra with supervision, some people get Rorik)
-beating up Riley for Brabak (clenched my teeth to choose that..)

8 days later, I'm in a strange place. Clerics are in control, got the Outlaws piled dead outside, they all blather about the Cleric victory (well, minus Vivian who appears to have disappeared) and yet the only quest markers I have are of Paige/Riley/Darrel.. who are all lined up dead against a wall inside the Cleric compound, alongside Nyra and Cooper.

I cannot finish quest, the only thing possible is travelling again which cancels the quest.

Which by the way appears to be the trigger for "Abessa Dispute", travelling by teleporter after the required number of days has passed.

The reason I believe Riley is still the main cause of the bug is that the very first time the Abessa Dispute quest popped up, I found the quest markers alive.
Still at the wall but alive with dialogue options pertaining to an Alb victory, and here's the kicker: all of them had dialogue in line with what I had actually done (e.g. Darrel saying "even without the extra information we still managed to convince the people") with the exception of Riley, who goes blabla about how he sabotaged the regular etc.

Tl, dr: DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT talk with Riley while delivering the regulator from Erich to Lutz, which means actively avoiding him (since he's looking for you to discuss it)

I also got some inconsistency in my first playtrough.

In my first playthrough the Clerics won. But i was missing 2 Quests in Abessa City. I walked in the city to the execution-wall and the 3 or 4 Outlaws and Nyra lived but that do not make sense.
And they also talked nonesence about albs.

In my second playthrough i did all Quest in Abessa City to the favour of Clerics and Berserks.
The City again surived. As i enter the City the mission "What happend in abessa" immediately was complete. I walked again to the execution-wall and the Outlaws and Nyra was dead. I also talked to Brabak, he said it was an good decision to execute the rebels.

One inconsistency in the second playthrough: As i talked to Erich he say the Shield is damaged but the Shield of Abessa City looked normal as always.

For me it seems so if you miss some Quests in Abessa City some logic contradictions appear.
