Hack Trainer
Does anyone know where I can find the trainer to teach hack?

You know when you're at a trainer, that you can SCROLL the list of skills to train.
Right?

I've tried scrolling down a couple days ago but it might of been bugged at that moment. I'll give it another shot. Thanks.

You need to find a Crafter trainer.

There 4 different trainers
Crafter
Combat
Survival
Charisma

They are many within the world and they teach the full set of perk of their attached speciality (meaning they all teach the same thing, there are no trainers more proficient than others).
