Yeah you can hack that door if you have the skill. There's a level 3 locked chest in there

Door can be hacked yes the chest has to be picked.

I didn't have any skill in hacking and I was able to hack. I like the hacking minigame in this. I like the lockpicking, too.

If it has scrambled numbers then it's a level 0 hack (just like there are locked chests with a level 0 above them).

Anything tougher you need to invest in the skills for them.

No that was the guy sitting on the ground just below the bar under what looked like a street sign.. He gave me a gift..should have figured he was a spy lol this guy hangs out in/outside the bar. I killed that dude too lol bertram or some ♥♥♥♥ .. the trainer is the one stormsson was trying to get a cleric weapon from.
