Alt key weirdness

What's the deal with the Alt key in this game?
If I press it it shows mouse cursor, which seems completely useless.
I bind sneak to Alt and it still shows the cursor. How do I disable/fix this?

Have you managed to solve this? I was running the game in 'Full screen only' mode and didn't have this issue, but I noticed that this mode messes up my gamma settings. If I switch to 'Borderless' or 'Full screen', my gamma is fixed but whenever I press Alt to roll, the game pauses and displays the mouse cursor.

I haven't. But like you said it's only a problem in windowed FS mode. I just play in FS mode now.

7 years later not fixed, pauses the game at same time and triggers some weird autorunning and mixes up walk direction keys - wtf is this.
Years ago didnt have that problem. Very weird, i know no other game that does weird ♥♥♥♥ like this.
The bow reload not working bug also not fixed.
But hey who cares, i dont know how i even played this at some point, everything is clunky ASF, stiff animations, weird camera, gameplay-wise makes the impression as it was made by total amateurs, when u compare this to any other 3rd person melee combat game theres LIGHTYEARS of difference.

No wonder these jokers went out of business rofl

for me alt acts like pause button ( pauses the screen ), so i cant bind it for anything
