Outlaws don't have a Crafting Teacher

I looked online and it says Doc is but I see no such option so being my first playthrough I want to join them it's a bit hard to not have all 4 trainers

They do have one. It's the scrap boss.

Depending on how you play the game (choices you make), Doc will eventually become a trader and a crafting trainer.

If by "scrap boss" you mean Mad Bob, he is a suvival trainer, not a crafting trainer.

It's Doc. He only becomes the crafting trainer after you join the Outlaws. You may also need to do his chem mission. I did the mission before I joined, so I don't know 100% if the mission is also required. Being an Outlaw is required though.

It seems there is none, also only found one with the Barbarians , even the clerics have none !

Clerics do have one in fact. It's Karsten, in the fort in Ignadon. He'll become a teacher provided you spare him during the related quest.

There's also Nyra in Abessa, she'll also be a crafting teacher if you enlisted her as technician.

So there's 4 crafting teachers and of them all Alrik in Goliet requires no quests nor can he cease to become a teacher due to some quest outcomes.

Karsten is actually an outlaw though, so I guess that means the outlaws have one without joining them! :p

Clerics have Xander, the gate guard to the Hort.
