from looking at the inventory section where it shows like three skill trees, theres Berserkers, Clerics, and Outlaws so Im assuming those 3 are the only joinable factions

There are 3 joinable factions but you can help the seperatists (or hinder them I guess). I dont know if that gives you access to their armour though.

i finished the game and didnt find the alb armor. Im desperately searching for it though. the seperatists didnt give me any but i hope that maybe you are able to find your stolen gear somewhere.

It may not be possible to get Alb armour at all. I wouldn't waste time frantically searching for it.

you cannot get Alb Armor for Jax without using cheats, and even then cheats probably won't work but I can't say for sure since idk how this company's engine handles NPC's and their equipment/armor.

It's pretty easy to cheat for an Alb's armor.
There's a soldier's, commander's, and mage's armor.
I could give a script for Cheat Engine... I can't guarantee it will work for you tho(well, I could rewrite the script a little, so it would work 100%, but I'm too lazy)...

According to the new update you can get the armor the commander and the Mage Armor but doesn't tell you how just tells you depends on your actions in the game
