Survival Skill Trainer
Does anybody know where I could find a survival skill trainer as a berserker?

Yes Hakon or Born in the Berseker base.

Hakon will teach you when you start talking with him.

Born will teach you when you talk with him near the tavern if you have not met him yet and then meet him near the seedling farm (big balls farm in the berserker city) where he will give you a quest and after that you can learn from him.

Geron trains survival too.
He is a hunter camped south of the: Hotel Ruins of Goliet.
