ELEX locked controls rebind

I present to you ELEX KeyBinder. It lets you rebind locked controls such as quick slots and menu actions, and also some hidden controls. Download link [github.com] Don't forget to read readme.txt

Don't know why the game was letting me rebind R to some things, but not others.

Actually, they've changed something over the years. In Risen, you can change controls fairly easily in a plain text file. Now you are required a hex editor and some game engine knowledge.

Sorry, only for keyboard. If I remember correctly, controller keys aren't even stored in any config file but hardcoded, so totally different way to change them is required, maybe patching .exe.

Sorry to bump this old thread, but I'm unfortunately getting this when I try to download it.

"Sorry, this file is infected with a virus. Only the owner is allowed to download infected files."

I don't know why it would do that, since it's in a .zip file. Am I doing something wrong, or is this happening for others too?

I see the same thing.
Must be a google drive update at some point that broke it.
The file itself hasn't been modified since 2021.
