Is Balder the Cleric Trainer? He doesn't offer to teach
Hey, I just became a cleric and would like to learn their skills now. I read online that Balder is the cleric teacher, but when I talk to him he only offers me to trade. That's the only dialog option after some chit chat. I even payed him a tribute. Am I missing something? Also, every time I enter his office, battle music starts :/

Oof okay, got it, you have to ask Reinhold (cleric leader) first what the duties of an acolyth are ... then he sends you to Balder which unlocks training.

About the combat music, it seems to me you have ignored the warning from several NPCs when you entered private quarters.
