'Who Am I' Quest — Problem with the cutscene

Hi everyone!

I got stuck while completing the mission 'Who Am I'. In this building near the Company Premises, West Edan portal, a cutscene must launch while I'm walking through the room. But it doesn't work. I tried it hundreds of times, but still.

Any ideas of how I can deal with it (except for walkthrough-from-the-beginning)? I've almost finished the game and this bug is kinda insulting. Thanks!

A faulty walkthrough perhaps?

What exactly does the mission journal tell? Is there an active submission?

The quest chain 'Ice Palace → Who Am I → Gatekeeper' is active and, according to the journal, I still need to talk to Zardom. But I've killed Kallax and Zardom disappeared. And after it, I had to talk to Harvey and then return to the lab ruins near Torvald and find the code there in a room behind the stairs. But I found nothing. )

Well, if you write that you "found nothing", all that is left is to either believe you or to not believe you. Preferably you would publish a savegame file somewhere.

Thank you for the tip! I realized that I didn't actually talk to Wardek and it is the only reason why I am stuck. Bless u, thanks a lot! )
