ELEX

Does Gothic take place in Magalon's future?
I was looking at Gothic 2 screenshots and came across something rather interesting...

[Cue Twilight Zone Music...]
It looks eerily similar to one of the automobile models in ELEX. Hmm?

No. Gothic and ELEX are different game worlds. The games are very much alike in many ways, but it's not the same game world.

Yeah. A fun bit of irony that gets the imagination working.

[In the voice of the late, great Leanord Nimoy]
"This series presents information based in part on theory and conjecture. The producer's purpose is to suggest some possible explanations, but not necessarily the only ones, to the mysteries we will examine."

In tonight's episode we will examine and attempt to connect the eery similarities between the worlds of ELEX and Gothic based on the discovery, in Gothic 2, of what appears to be an ancient automobile resembling the wreckage of automobiles found on Magalon...

Is Elex Gothic's Magic Ore?
Orcs, are they the next step in Alb evolution?
Are golden chalices the Fire Chalices of Gotihic 3?
What did Gothic Guy's mother call him?
Are the domes used for protection of cities and containment of prisoners magical in oirigin or an ancient technology.
Are Xardas and Zardom one and the same?

I am constantly thinking about this NotR easter egg while playing Elex.
Someone really wanted to make a game with cars and now there are so many of them.

There is one thing that can stop this theory. Innos, Adanos and Beliar were real, but Calaan was not. Sure, "he" has his physical form, but we all know who made "him" and why.

And one more thing. Have you noticed differences in fauna? While some of monsters look alike (all of lizards and birds, yes), here in ELEX you will not find sheeps, wolves, goblins, *those furry overpumped beast uniconrs*, and some more of them. From whom have they evolved and how?
Plus Sleeper and dragons. Ok, Sleeper was a demon (but he do look like mutants), so he is out of question. But dragons? They are not handmade pets and they could not possibly have evolved from any of creatures even in hundreds years.
Ore contains some power, but it does not affect living forms, so it cannot be a reason of rapid evolution.

None of that explains how the car got there.

Everything you said can be disproven by wild speculation. I'm not going to say that it was aliens, but... it was aliens.

And what do you think explains any other easter egg in any other game?

The car has a note explaining how it got there.

So the dwarf picture is a picture of an alien. The government has been lying to us all these years.

I bet that little bastard has the final piece of the map I'm looking for.

Play Gothic I it's way more fun. The second one is very boring and I never even finished it. Just my opinion, you might like it.

Most of players over whole series prefer G2 NotR. But in one of polls that I can remember till now original G2 had even lower position than G3.
Just for you to know.
